NectrHub Data Deletion & Privacy Requests

Use this page to request account deletion, deletion of eligible personal data or uploaded media, correction or access, or disconnection of a third-party account.

Before submitting

• You may remove eligible images through the Media Library. Assets attached to scheduled, approved, published, Wix, campaign, or audit records may be protected from immediate deletion.
• You may disconnect Meta or Wix connections through NectrHub’s Connections screen when the control is available.
• You may also revoke authorization directly through the connected provider. Revocation stops future access but does not itself delete eligible information already stored by NectrHub.
• Pinterest access is not currently active. If enabled later, you will be able to disconnect NectrHub and revoke access through Pinterest.

What happens next

NectrHub records the request and verifies that the requester is authorized to act for the identified account or workspace. After verification, eligible information is removed or disconnected. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backups, dispute resolution, or accurate publishing and audit history. Deletion from NectrHub does not remove content already published to Facebook, Instagram, Wix, Pinterest, or another external platform.
