NectrHub Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 23, 2026 · Last Updated: August 23, 2026
These Terms govern your use of NectrHub at https://nectrhub.com. By using NectrHub, you agree to these Terms and the rules that apply to each connected service.
Description of the service
NectrHub provides available features for AI-assisted image analysis and content creation, content review and approval, social scheduling and publishing, Wix Blog creation and publishing, media management, and analytics. Features depend on your configuration, connected services, permissions, and third-party availability. Pinterest functionality is available only when server credentials are configured and a user authorizes Pinterest through OAuth.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, reasonable account security, authorized use, and activity performed through your account. You may connect only accounts, sites, Pages, professional profiles, boards, or destinations you are authorized to manage. Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Third-party services
NectrHub may integrate with Meta services including Facebook and Instagram, Wix, and, if approved, Pinterest. Each provider operates under its own terms, privacy rules, permissions, and technical limits. NectrHub does not control provider outages, reviews, restrictions, API changes, or continued availability and cannot guarantee that a provider will approve or continuously support a feature.
Pinterest features
Pinterest connection is optional. Users authorize access through Pinterest’s OAuth flow, choose the intended Pinterest content and Board, and approve each Pin action through NectrHub before publication or scheduling. Pinterest features are subject to Pinterest’s terms, policies, API access, and permissions. NectrHub is not a Pinterest Partner and does not claim Pinterest endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or approval.
User content
You retain ownership of the images, videos, captions, articles, drafts, and other content you provide, subject to third-party rights. You grant NectrHub a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, display, schedule, and transmit that content only as needed to provide features you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use and publish submitted content.
AI-generated content
AI output can contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable wording. Review all claims, links, disclosures, hashtags, SEO information, intellectual-property issues, professional requirements, and platform compliance before approval or publication. NectrHub does not guarantee reach, engagement, ranking, sales, clinical suitability, or other outcomes.
Acceptable use
You may not use NectrHub for spam, unlawful activity, impersonation, infringement, deceptive publication, malicious automation, unauthorized access, credential collection, platform-policy circumvention, or content that violates applicable law or a connected provider’s rules.
Scheduling and publishing
Scheduled publication depends on active authorization, valid destinations, server availability, and third-party APIs. Credentials can expire and provider requests can be delayed, rejected, or changed. NectrHub is designed to persist and process jobs server-side, but uninterrupted or error-free publication is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for reviewing approved and scheduled content, destinations, timing, and publication results.
NectrHub intellectual property
NectrHub’s software, interface, product identity, documentation, and original system materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of NectrHub technology or branding to users and do not transfer ownership of user content to NectrHub.
Suspension and termination
NectrHub may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful conduct, material Terms violations, provider-policy requirements, abuse, or service integrity. You may stop using the service and disconnect providers at any time. Termination does not automatically remove content already published to third-party platforms.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, NectrHub is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so these provisions apply only to the extent allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NectrHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from user content, third-party services, account authorization, publication decisions, or unavailable APIs. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable in the applicable jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be posted here with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
