NectrHub Privacy Policy

This policy applies to NectrHub and https://nectrhub.com. NectrHub is an AI-assisted content creation, scheduling, publishing, and analytics platform.

Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, NectrHub handles account and workspace details; brand profiles and business context; uploaded images, video, and other media; campaign goals; generated and edited drafts; approval decisions; destination selections; schedules; and messages submitted through support or privacy-request forms. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, confidential health information, or access tokens in prompts or support messages.

Account and service information

NectrHub receives authenticated identity information needed to create and secure your account. The service also keeps operational information such as connection status, publishing jobs and results, audit events, rate-limit records, and diagnostics needed to provide and protect the service.

Connected third-party accounts

You may optionally connect supported services such as Meta’s Facebook and Instagram services or Wix. Authorization uses the provider’s approved process or credentials you configure through secure server settings. NectrHub stores credentials server-side in encrypted or protected form and does not ask for your social-platform password. Connected services receive content and instructions only when needed to perform features you request.

Pinterest

When Pinterest is configured and you choose to connect it, authorization uses Pinterest OAuth. NectrHub does not ask for your Pinterest password, and it performs only the Pin actions you select and approve. You may disconnect NectrHub or revoke access through Pinterest.

NectrHub stores authorized credentials securely server-side, along with the connection status, account display information, authorized Board identifiers and names, selected Pin content, scheduled Pinterest publication jobs, and returned Pin identifiers or URLs needed to provide and verify the feature. NectrHub retrieves Pinterest account and Board information only for the requested workspace functionality and does not sell Pinterest data.

How information is used

• Operate accounts, workspaces, content libraries, and brand profiles.
• Analyze exact images and create requested hooks, captions, articles, hashtags, and search metadata.
• Save user-approved drafts, schedules, and destination-specific publishing jobs.
• Publish approved content through the correct connected service.
• Display available publishing results and analytics.
• Maintain connection health, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
• Receive and respond to support and privacy requests.

AI processing

Images, media, prompts, brand context, and draft content may be processed by AI and related service providers to deliver image intelligence, content generation, editing, Wix article creation, and SEO features you request. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before approval or publication. NectrHub does not represent AI output as independently verified.

Analytics, links, and cookies

NectrHub stores analytics returned by connected platforms when available and records visits to NectrHub tracking links when a user enables click tracking. Tracking records may include time, referrer, a classified user agent, a pseudonymous visitor hash, and whether traffic appears automated. Standard campaign parameters may be added to destination links. NectrHub uses a first-party workspace cookie for signed-in workspace selection and the authentication infrastructure necessary to maintain a session. The audited application does not install third-party advertising pixels or use information for cross-service behavioral advertising.

How information is shared

Information may be processed by hosting and storage providers, authentication services, AI processors, connected social-platform APIs, Wix or other website integrations, analytics and security services, and support infrastructure only as needed to provide the requested service. NectrHub does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

Retention

Account and workspace information is retained while the account is active and as needed to operate or secure NectrHub. Uploaded media, brand profiles, drafts, approved content, scheduled jobs, publishing history, and analytics remain until users remove them through available controls or a verified deletion request is completed, subject to dependency protections and legitimate legal, security, dispute, backup, and audit needs. Connection information remains until disconnection or deletion, although limited publishing and audit history may be retained when necessary. Support, privacy, rate-limit, and diagnostic records are kept only as reasonably needed to respond, prevent abuse, establish what occurred, and meet legal obligations.

Security

NectrHub uses access controls, server-side credentials, protected token storage, input validation, rate limiting, audit records, and operational safeguards designed to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may update available account or brand information, remove library assets where dependencies allow, disconnect integrations, revoke authorization through the connected provider, and request access, correction, or deletion. Submit a request through the public Data Deletion & Privacy Requests page. NectrHub may verify your identity and retain information when law, security, fraud prevention, backups, or existing publication records require it. Applicable rights vary by location.

Children

NectrHub is a business content and publishing service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

International and state privacy

Privacy rights differ by jurisdiction. NectrHub will evaluate verified requests under applicable law and provide the rights required for the user’s location. This general policy does not replace jurisdiction-specific notices that may become necessary as the service expands.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Additional notice may be provided when required or appropriate.
